My Review of BOYS THAT TEASE
3.5 stars
I did enjoy this book, but I also had some issues. Tinsley, oh how she made me want to throw my kindle across the room! I don’t know how many times I wanted to yell at her to open her eyes! She continuously ignored what peoples’ true intentions were. Crispin, I didn’t get why he would fall for Estella telling him the only way to get the girl was to be mean. I wish he was the bully going into the book instead of being talked into being one. There was enough drama between the families that I would have understood why he would have been mean to her just because of what happened. I did like the push and pull between Tinsley and Crispin. The double POV was very helpful in being able to understand both sides of the story, and liking Crispin faster. Plus, once we got past the bullying Crispin was all in and protective, and I loved their chemistry! Estella’s story is next and I’m super curious to see what’s going to happen. Even though this was just Tinsley and Crispin’s story, there is still a story line that will continue. Excited to see what’s to come!
