Super Bowl weekend has come and gone… Congrats to the Packers! Still sad that the Chicago Bears were Oh So Close!! We actually had a fairly busy weekend! Last week it Snowed here I know you northerners are laughing at us but a couple of inches of snow = idiot drivers here in the south! So we stayed off the roads and tried to keep warm. They were having rolling blackouts here but luckily that did not affect us… thank goodness!! We spent some time playing outside in the snow, Alex LOVED it!! She did not want to come in when it was time. Here are a few pics from our Snow Day…

We also went to Grandma & Pappy’s for Pappy’s birthday. We had homemade Chicken & Dumplings that were so Yummy!! Alex couldn’t get enough she just kept going from person to person “Bite, Bite”. It was funny and too cute. Of course Sunday we went to the S’s for the Munchies & Mayhem 1st Annual Super Bowl Party to watch the Green Bay Packers win! All the while most everyone at the party had their Dallas Cowboys gear on (we are in Texas) and little old me had my Chicago Bears shirt on : )
We hope that y’all had a great weekend!!

Great pictures! Love SB Sunday! The first piece of clothing we bought when we found out I was pregnant with #1 was a teeny tiny Bears jersey. 🙂 Now the girls have outgrown it and we make the dog wear it.

    Hi Melissa,

    cute snowman 🙂

You should see all the snow we have here. You could build a city of snow forts and igloos Lol!

And I read your comment on the Simply Stacie interview she did of me. You are too sweet, it really made me smile.

Tammy tells me you are going to host the Thursday’s Cafe while I am away. Thank you so much, I’m happy to know it’s in such good hands.

Have a great Tuesday and thank you again for being so sweet and supportive 🙂
