Tequila Mesquite Pork Spare Ribs Recipe
Pork Spare Ribs
Dr. Pepper- 1 liter (or other soda)
McCormick Grillmates Sweet & Smoky Rub
Chupacabra Rub & Season All
BBQ Sauce
3 Parts ~ Kraft Mesquite Smoke
1 Part ~ Tequila (Milagro Silver)
Marinate the Pork Ribs in Dr. Pepper for 1.5-2 hours. Rub with  McCormick Grillmates Sweet & Smoky Rub and generously sprinkle with the Chupacabra Rub & Season All. Sear meat side down for 35 minutes at 375+, Flip to cook bone side down for 1 hour at 325+ (depending on your grill). Baste ribs with BBQ Sauce. Wrap in foil and grill 1.5 hours. Remove from foil, bast again and grill meat side up another 30 minutes.
