After a year of partying, Sam decides to buckle down and focus on college. Things are going great until a one-night stand leaves her pregnant and alone. Raising a child while going to school isn’t easy, but Sam is determined to be strong for her daughter. She doesn’t have time for guys or relationships, and takes great care to protect her child and her heart.

Judd doesn’t fit the mold of a college ballplayer. His long hair and tattoos may fit the life he’s created for himself, but baseball is the one thing he takes seriously. When he meets Sam, he’s immediately drawn to her curves and refusal to put up with his crap. When Judd learns the truth, can he handle the responsibility that comes with loving a single mother?

Sam yearns for the fire that Judd fuels in her, but her child’s needs have to come first. Can two people at different stages in their life find a way to make a life together?

Indelible: Not able to be forgotten or removed.

Yes a sweet memorable read sums this book up. I really enjoyed reading this story. I have to be honest at first I was not so sure at the beginning, but the more I read the more I could not put this book down. Sam was such a likable lead in this book. She was not the drop dead beauty you read about. She was normal, size 10, a little baby weight still there not coming from lots of money or even had the best clothes. I related to this real character.  She had 1 small mishap one night and then was left to care for a child as a single mother. The father has nothing to do with the 2 of them. Sam does have a fabulous support system with her family and a few friends. One night she runs into Judd. Judd is a player, different girl all the time. Yes, I know you are thinking same old player turned good, but this is so much more. This story is so heartwarming, sweet and had so many tender moments. It really restores your faith that there are good people out there. There are also the fact that sometimes you can love someone so much that you have to make sure to put them first before you.

I was completely impressed with this story line. I liked the dialog and the content. I went into this story with no clue about this book, but I am so glad I read it. It was a quick read with no cliffhanger, which also gave this book another huge plus. This is also the first book I have read of Bethany Lopez, she has definitely found a new fan in me. Pick this 4 star read up.
