Synopsis:
In the comedy Here Comes the Boom, former collegiate wrestler Scott Voss (Kevin James) is a 42-year-old apathetic biology teacher in a failing high school. When cutbacks threaten to cancel the music program and lay off its teacher (Henry Winkler,) Scott begins to raise money by moonlighting as a mixed martial arts fighter. Everyone thinks Scott is crazy – most of all the school nurse, Bella (Salma Hayek) – but in his quest, Scott gains something he never expected as he becomes a sensation that rallies the entire school. 

MY THOUGHTS:
NON-STOP LAUGHS!! This is a laugh out loud kind of movie. You will be entertained as well as have your heartstrings pulled at. I really enjoyed this movie, we watch quite a bit of MMA/UFC fighting so it was fun to watch Kevin James take a swing at it! My husband left saying that he has not laughed so hard during a movie in a long time. WE definitely recommend checking this movie out. You’ll laugh and just might tear up at a few scenes, or just tear up because you are laughing so hard. We give it two thumbs up!!
