The Chupacabra Fine Meat Rub was created for Paris’s personal use at BBQ cook off competitions. It did so well there and at family BBQ’s that he began making and selling it out of his house. At a family BBQ, they had opened the pit for samples, and his son-in-law proclaimed, “that stuff would make a chupacabra taste good.” Another friend suggested the “it’s chupalicious.” So with that and the label Paris figured there couldn’t be a better way to promote this product.
Although the label says “Fine Meat Rub” they were soon contacted by many of their customers that proclaimed it to be more of a season-all meat rub. It has been used on fish, chicken, steaks, vegetables, wild game, hamburgers, fajitas and salads to name a few. It has been sent as far away as Africa and across the U.S. from Alabama to Washington State, and all over Texas. The label is catchy, but the contents are even better. It is truly “chupalicous!”.
A flavor enhancer for meats, fish, chicken, and vegetables.

This is one of the BEST Season -All that I have ever tried!! I am a self proclaimed spice addict… I see a spice I buy it to try it and then it sits in the cabinet for YEARS!! HOWEVER not this time the Chupacabra Rub is delicious on EVERYTHING that we have put it on – Fish, Chicken, Ribs, Veggies, eggs, I think we have tried it on anything and everything!! Even tried it straight out of the bottle. Initially I bought the seasoning for my hubby as a “joke” because of the name but soon found it to be a favorite in our household and with our extended family!! We have gone thru 1- 25 oz, 1- 12 oz, and halfway through another 12 oz bottle since July. Normally the first bottle would sit in the cabinet for years to come, but that is how good this seasoning is!! I HIGHLY recommend trying this in ANY of your recipes!! My family will definitely continue to use, purchase, and give Chupacabra Rub as a gift!!
