Nana’s Broccoli Salad     
Broccoli (2-3 heads)
*Red Onion
*Almonds (sliced or slivers)
*Bacon (I used Maple)
*Cranraisins
*Cheese Shredded (I used the Mexican 4 Cheese Blend)

Dressing:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Vinegar      2 tbsp
Sugar         3 tbsp


Directions:
Mix all the ingredients for the Dressing together the day before let sit overnight. 

Mix the following ingredients into large bowl ~ Cut Broccoli into bite size pieces. Chop or Slice red onion. Cook and crumble bacon, let cool then mix in.  Add the other three ingredients mix well and then mix in the dressing till coated evenly. 
 
* Ingredients:  I use these ingredients to taste and preferred amount  
** As far as measurements: I am the type to “mix” everything without measuring exactly and see how things turn out 🙂
*** Other Ingredients: You can also use grapes,  golden raisins, sunflower seeds, or ham.

I received this recipe from my Mother in Law and EVERY time I have made it, it has been a Huge hit. There are always request for the recipe. So I had to share it here too! If you try it let me know how you LOVED it 😉  or if you have other ingrediants or versions add them to the comments!!

    Yum…I love Spinach and Artichoke Dip! My hubby would be all over the sugar and spice dip. Might have to try that one. 🙂
