Asher ‘Ghost’ Collins and Natalie Kovac shared a passionate night together. One neither of them can forget.
So why is it so hard for them to be around each other?
With no hope of the two getting along they decide to go their separate ways. And somehow end up closer than they’ve ever been.
Will friendship ever be enough for the pair?
WOW!!! Oh My GOD!! I loved this book. This is book 2 from this series. This definitely moved up to one of my favorite reads. Belle’s first book Friend-Zoned was good, but Love Thy Neighbour blew me away.
We start with Nat. For those who need a reminder Nat is Tina’s best friend from Friend-Zoned. Nat is a strong-willed take no crap type of gal, she also puts up barriers to protect herself from getting hurt. Asher (Ghost), who is one of Nik’s (Tina’s Husband) best friends. Nik knows about everything that haunts Ghost, they are like brothers. Ghost has the fear that nobody can love him and he is not worth anyone’s love. Both of these people are drawn together. They had one-night on a conference room table, and neither person can get it out of their system.
Ok, so know you are caught -up. Nat moves into a new apartment, and learns Asher is her new neighbor. They have had tension since that one unforgettable night, so they decide they can be friends. Their friendship is amazing. Asher is there when Nat needs her the most. She is devastated and he does everything he can to make her feel safe. Nat sees this sweet, caring, protective side of Asher and starts to fall even deeper. Then.. FIREWORKS
I am talking full on sexy sexy fireworks. Both Nat and Asher agree to a relationship, but it will be kept a secret from everyone else. We get to see a wonderful side of Asher who has had so many struggles for most of his life. He is battling demons and feels like he deserves no resolve. Nat teaches him to love and feel. These are things he has never felt and honestly does not know how.
Belle has done a fabulous job with their story. IT has funny laugh out loud moments, and moments that broke my heart. Most importantly I could not put it down. It is a 5+++ star read. If sites let me give more than that I would. I loved these 2 characters and the growth we see Asher go through is awesome.
If you have not read this series high highly encourage you to do so. Great books.
