Day Five: Favorite Holiday Traditions
Since meeting my husband I have enjoyed the Holidays so much more. For about 10 years I wasn’t able to celebrate the Holidays with my family due to being in college, or work. When I met my husband we started dating right before the Holidays started and that was the first time in years that I did not have to work. I think it was fate : ) Here is a pic of us when we first started dating…
That year Michael’s little brother invited me to Christmas… the look on Michael’s face was priceless! All of my family lives out of state so I would have spent it alone but because of a little boy (thanks B), M&M Holiday Traditions began! Just to explain my favorite Holiday Tradition is spending it with Michael (and now Alex) anytime, anywhere. He has been the best Holiday Tradtion EVER : ) However this year we will start a new tradition… we have a daughter now and want her to wake up and celebrate Christmas morning at home! So this year we are hosting Christmas morning at our house! My mom is flying in to spend it with us and everyne will come over to watch Alex open her gifts! We can’t wait to see the look on her face. She is going to be so excited! We will also be celebrating our normal traditions on Christmas Eve, Christmas Afternoon at Meemaw’s, and Christmas at the Ranch! We can’t wait to celebrate the Christmas Holidays with everyone!!

Christmas (actually almost all holidays) is a lot more fun when shared with people we love….especially our KIDS! 🙂
Happy Holidays! I’m already enjoying this Christmas more with a little one in the house.
