I already know that Alexandra has a Hero and his name is Daddy. One thing I miss about being pregnant is how Alex would react to Michael, anytime he would talk she would move to where ever his voice was. You could visibly see my belly move and I just loved it. He would talk to her every morning and every night! She would move every time she heard his voice…
The night that Alexandra was born, Michael had walked into the hospital room talking and Alex completely turned her head and looked straight at him!! She knew who her Daddy was even with all the noise and people she looked right at him! I feel so much love when I see them together…
As Alexandra grows so does her love for her father (and mine for the both of them)! You can tell that he is her hero by the way her eyes light up when she sees him. How she jumps up and down squealing “Daddy, Daddy” when he comes home from work! I don’t even need to ask her who her hero is because I already know the answer… “DADDY”!!
Watching them together is magical to me! I just can’t get enough of them. The way they laugh and play together. I love all the hope and dreams that Michael has for Alexandra. All the big plans that he has for them, the adventures, the fun, and the trouble they are going to get into!
One thing I know for sure, one thing that will never change, and that is that Daddy is her hero and always will be.
