This giveaway will be open for 2 weeks. There are a few entries you can complete each day (those are at the bottom of the form), the rest you complete only once. The Rafflecopter form will be hosted on several blogs, but you may only enter on one blog. If you fill out the form on several blogs, you will be disqualified. I would not recommend completing the entire form in one day. Spend 15 minutes or so completing entries, then make a note of where you left off and come back another day to complete more.
