Gevalia’s 1853 Heritage blend celebrates the rich Gevalia history. Inspired by coffees procured over 150 years ago in Sweden by coffee Pioneer and Gevalia founder, Victor T. Engwall. 1853 Heritage Blend is medium roast, 100% Arabica blend, with a subtle hint of Carmel flavor. 1853 Heritage Blend is roasted and blended in Gavle, Sweden.
I am a big fan of Gevalia coffee and have been for the last 10 years! So I was super excited when I was asked to review the 1853 Heritage Blend! Once it started brewing I knew I was going to enjoy every last drop! The Aroma was so enticing, you can definitely smell the hint of Carmel in it. The flavor is rich and delicious. I definitely give the 1853 Heritage Blend two thumbs up and recommend it to all coffee lovers!
