Game Day Eats: Boneless Wings

by | 0 comments

With the Superbowl fast approaching, we are all looking for those quick and easy crowd pleasers!

Today I am sharing one of my family’s go-to quick snacks for movie nights, game days or just whenever the mood strikes — boneless wings!

You can also keep this naked, without sauce, for a delicious, kid-approved chicken nugget.

We hope you and your family enjoy these simple and scrumptious bites.

From my kitchen to yours, enjoy!

Ingredients

  •  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 cup bisquick

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp ranch dry seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

  • Pre-heat fryer to 350 degrees

Step 2

  • In a gallon sized plastic bag, add in chicken cubes and egg white. Zip closed and shake until fully coated. Unzip bag and add in the remaining ingredients. Zip closed again and shake until fully coated

Step 3

  • In 350 degree oil, fry until golden brown.

Step 4

  • Remove from the oil and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with sauce of your choice and toss together until the sauce is evenly distributed.

Step 5

  • If you do not wish to sauce the chicken bites, serve with your favorite dips.

Buffalo Sauce

  • 1 stick of melted, unsalted butter

  • ¼ cup of Franks Red Hot

*Make it hotter by adding a little sriracha.*

Honey BBQ Sauce

  • 1 stick of melted, unsalted butter

  • BBQ Sauce – I love Curly’s

  • 2 tsps honey

Cajun Butter Sauce

  • 1 stick of melted, unsalted butter
  • 2 TBSP Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Finishing

  • Serve with ranch, carrot sticks and celery sticks.
