What do you look for in a review?

What do I look for in a review? For me personally… when reading a review I do not like a lot of details from the story. I want it short and sweet!! I want why you liked it how you thought the author did with their writing style, with minimal detailing. Enthusiasm about the book is a big indicator that I just might head on over and purchase the book at that very moment!!

I try to write my reviews in the same manner. Short and Sweet, without a lot of detail. I tell you why I liked the book, and if I liked the author’s writing style. Emotions are also “big” to me and I always want to share how the book made me feel.

I know you can always go by the rule of 5~ Who, What, When, Where, & Why also and these are things I try to keep in mind while writing my reviews but again without giving a lot of details about the book away.
