About the Author:
Mary Ting resides in Southern California with her husband and two children. She enjoys oil painting and making jewelry. Writing Crossroads was a way to grieve the death of her beloved grandmother. It was inspired by a dream she once had as a young girl.
I enjoyed reading Crossroads. I found it to be entertaining and funny(with a certain Angel) at times. Although I am not sure where the friend who passes away with the same name actually “fits” into the storyline(maybe I missed it) but I kept looking for a connection and didn’t find it. I liked the aspect of Claudia being able to visit the Crossroads in her dreams because that is something that I actually really believe in! I personally believe that we are more aware of things in our dreams, that we are more “open”. Mary Ting did a great job of making Claudia, Michael, and the other characters “real” and very believable. The story line flows very easily and naturally. I still have several questions that I am assuming are going to be answered in the sequel that I look forward to reading. I would recommend this book to others and purchase it as a gift.
MY RATING:
♥♥♥♥4/5 Hearts: Great Read
