The last few days I had been riddled with a horrible headache(I get migraines) and have found it hard to relax and just enjoy the moment! SO my question this week is…
How do you relax and enjoy the moment??
Migraines are the worst and you deserve to take it easy on Aloha Friday!
I relax and enjoy the moment by shutting off electronics and just spending time with my family! It makes me happy and content with the world during that time!
With two small children I have a real hard time with this one, but I try to stay up and with a cup of chai I stretch and do some yoga.
I love to relax enjoying the outdoors. I also love a good sleep! ;D
I usually listen to jazz, take a walk at the park or read a book.
Sorry about your headaches! Usually I relax by reading when I can have a stolen moment! 😉

prayer, I offer t up and try to just let it go and focus on what is happening right now, migraines are killer to get past, I hope yours get better.

I try to do prayer but sometimes it’s just sitting with my family. I also love a bath.
I’d read a little or even take a well deserved nap!

Sorry to hear you have been miserable. Hard with a little one to be down.
I like to read or knit…two relaxing things for me.
Unless I’m stressed, then it’s easy to do because I’m laid back kind of person.
However if I’m stressed then I’m on edge and just can’t relax.
I sit back with a cup of my favorite flavored coffee and just zone out everything around me 🙂

I have a really hard time relaxing because I am such a worry wart — the best way for me is to have some quiet time to read. That helps me calm down more then anything else. Some chocolate can also be a big help 🙂
Migraines are AWFUL. My brother gets them, and sometimes he even has trouble seeing because of them. Scary. 🙁
I relax once a day. (Being single does have an advantage I guess.) At the end of the night, I put on my PJ’s and stretch out on the couch.

Ouch, migraines sound awful. I get headaches but never full blown migraines.
I find that unplugging and going for walks really relaxes me. Or if the weather is bad, just turning off the tv, any electronics and just sitting and talking with my hubby is so relaxing.
