In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that they take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So on Fridays Kailani takes it easy on posting and just asks one question! Go link up, check out the other blogs that participate at An Island Life and ask your own question…
Hello everyone I hope your Friday is going well : )
I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you to some of Alex’s friends…
Yep! This is the crew… Momo, Red, Lamby, & Bevo and in a particular order : )
Alex sleeps with Momo almost always- which doesn’t bother me because it is a Monkey blanket. If she falls asleep with the others – we take them out of her bed (just to be on the safe side)! I think it is so cute when she loves on one of her friends!!
SO, my question for you is…
Does your child(or do/did you) have a friend that they sleep with or have to have with them all the time??
A friend? My son has a Gund dog blanket, and 3 Build a Bear friends he insists on sleeping with every night. Very cute!!!
Neither of my kids were attached to an animal or a blanket. They do have stuffed animals that they love and they actually sleep with them now that they are older than when they were babies. Kind of funny! 🙂
All my kids had either a blanket or stuffed something to sleep with. I don’t think I slept with anything.
Jake had bobo, and dont tell him, but i still have bobo in a box in his room! and the little girls each have nene (blankets) that they adore!
I don’t have any kids yet, but I slept with a Santa bear from Macy’s when I was younger.
Princess Nagger cannot sleep without her stuffed Pteranadon or her stuffed owl. 🙂
Aloha: April Fools!
My son has a lot of friends he sleeps with and 2 are his favorite lovies. First there is blankie – he blanket. Then there is Mousy, his mouse. Then you got a bunch of stuffed animals.
They did when they were younger.
Enjoy your Friday!

Coop has a “nite nite” blankie and various animal friends and a baby doll that MUST go to bed with him. When we go on trips, we bring his bear, micky/miney mouse, blankie and baby doll. These are his core favorites.
They all go in one corner of his crib and I don’t remove them. They give me precious extra minutes in the morning while he plays with them when he wakes up.
None of my kids have ever gotten attached to anything

None of my kids have gotten attached to anything.
I did try to get them something when they were babies but it never stuck!
Enjoy your weekend!
I love the idea of taking it easy on Friday in prep for the weekend. Great idea! And yes, all three of my boys have had (or still have) a lovey. My oldest had sleep sheep, who still makes a daily appearance here and there. Alex had blue blankie and Drew is absolutely attached to baba, his yellow blanket. He takes it everywhere and can’t sleep without it. God help us if we ever lose it. Enjoy your weekend!
How sweet 🙂 My kids have a few favorite that they rotate between, it’s too cute!

My oldest son has blanket/buddies that he still likes to be on his bed at night. My little guy is quite attached to his piggy stuffed friend. He goes with us on trips near and far.
my comment is posted on my blog

That is so cute. My daughter cannot sleep without her pooh bear and “boots” the monkey… After a certain point in the night – she cannot sleep without me – struggling to get out of that list of her favorite partners for the night : ))) Following you now.
My two younger ones do. Kiana has Meow and Kaila has Sleepy Bear. They can’t to go sleep without it. I just hope they never get lost.
My daughter has Marge and for months she hasn’t been able to sleep without her. Lately, she’s been branching out and as long as she has (2) things with her she’s ok.
