In Hawaii, Aloha Friday is the day that they take it easy and look forward to the weekend. So on Fridays Kailani takes it easy on posting and just asks one question! So go link up and check out the other blogs that participate at An Island Life and ask your own question…
I am really excited today!! Not only because of the Royal Wedding but because it is our 1st chick flick night at my house! My friend and fellow blogger Summer and I were talking about how the Alamo Draft House has chick flicks where you can go watch a favorite girly movie, talk, recite all the words, while drinking and eating~ so we decided to host our own each month! Tonight will be our first and we are excited! We will be watching “She Is All That” and having some good food, great company, and some drinks! We will have a blast!
SO, my question for you is…
Do you attend a monthly meet up or group?
Our family tries to get together once a month for movies and card games. And food of course!
Here’s My Aloha Friday
Nope! No meet ups here!
I do! I have one friend who I meet once a month for lunch and then I have a group of 4 friends who were at my MOPS table 3 years ago. We try to meet monthly but it has been bi-monthly lately. We are actually doing lunch tomorrow since we all are crazily busy and can’t find an evening that works with everyone.
Thanks for the award girl! 🙂
I did a bible study but we got all done, so now I don’t!
Chick Flick night sounds like so much fun! When I lived in Seattle I did participate in monthly (or more) fun gatherings – since all my friends and family are still out there, I can’t wait to move back and join in the fun again! 🙂
Aloha: Pet Food
I have lunch with a group of ladies monthly. We’ve been doing it for over 10 years.
Have a great Friday!

I wish I had something like this! I’m trying to get a group together but I guess everyone is just busy and it’s not like I know these people well either.
aloha!
Nope, not currently but I do intend on starting a monthly book club when I move to Japan and hope to have it going maybe by fall.
No, I don’t attend anything like that, but I would love to start one! 🙂 Sounds like fun!
